1 cup frozen peaches
¾ cup Coconut milk
¼ cup grass fed or non-dairy plain yogurt
2 scoops collagen &/or 1 scoop protein powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground ginger
Honey to taste
1 full dropper peach citrus CBD
1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Blend on high until desired consistency.
3. Add honey to achieve desired sweetness.
